Aldar Al Ghadeer Gardens, Abu Dhabi

Al Ghadeer Gardens is a neighbourhood of townhouses and villas by Aldar Properties PJSC, taking shape inside Al Ghadeer, the established community where Abu Dhabi meets Dubai. Al Ghadeer belongs to Seih Sedeirah, a larger master plan that Aldar is still building out. The homes on sale are 3BR townhouses from 1,587 sq ft and 4BR villas of 2,198 sq ft. Construction is under way, with handover scheduled for Q4 2030.

The homes

Both house types are laid out over a ground floor and a first floor, and each has its own private garden. Full-height windows bring daylight deep into the rooms, and the open-plan living areas lead straight out to the garden. Buyers choose between two interior palettes, one light and one dark. Concealed storage keeps everyday clutter out of sight, and the bathrooms are generous, designed in a spa style.

Life in the neighbourhood

The streets are pedestrianised, and shaded walkways link the houses to everything residents use day to day. The community centre has a gym and multipurpose rooms. Outside there is a swimming pool, a splash pad with a water slide, a play area, basketball and padel courts, a football field and an events lawn. Families can gather at the BBQ pavilions and shaded picnic lawns, grow food in the shared edible garden, or lie out on the desert stargazing lawns, where the dunes meet the green. A grocery store is part of the neighbourhood too. Al Ghadeer British School, run by Aldar, stands inside the community, so children walk to class along pedestrianised streets. Aldar lists Pearl 3 and Fitwel 2 Star certifications for the project, which cover air quality, natural light, and energy and water use.
