About the project
Almaara Residences is a seven-storey apartment building by Hamara Home Development in Al Furjan, Dubai. It holds 56 homes, eight to a floor, above two levels of parking, and every apartment has one, two or three bedrooms.
The project is off plan and is sold on a 50/50 payment plan: 10% on booking, 40% during construction and the remaining 50% on handover, which is planned for Q4 2026.
The apartments
One-bedroom apartments start at 758 sq ft, and the largest on sale reach 918 sq ft. Two-bedroom homes begin at 1,124 sq ft, with the biggest, on the first floor, at 1,741 sq ft. The three-bedroom apartments measure 1,740 sq ft. The floor plans show six one-bedroom layouts, eight two-bedroom layouts and two three-bedroom layouts, spread over the first floor and the six typical floors above it.
Hamara Home designs the interiors around open-plan living areas and natural light, with clean lines, neutral colours and premium finishes. Kitchens are handed over semi-equipped, the bathrooms are en suite, and smart home automation is built into the apartments.
Amenities
Residents come in through a designed reception and lobby. The shared facilities include a swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, 85 square metres of water in total, a fitness gym, a children’s play area, an open-air BBQ space and an open-air lounge. With 56 apartments in the building, the pool and the gym are shared by a small number of households.
Location in Al Furjan
Al Furjan is a family community of villas and apartment buildings covering about 560 hectares, with landscaped parks, playgrounds, cycling and jogging tracks and its own retail centres. The developer points to the building’s quick access to major highways and to shopping malls, schools, parks and business hubs. Dubai Marina and JBR are among the nearby districts.
