About the project
Binghatti Sky Terraces is a two-tower residential project by Binghatti in Motor City, Dubai. The towers share one podium and rise over two basement levels, a ground floor, six parking levels and 40 residential floors, with 1,840 homes in total. The name comes from the façade: its floors step in and out, and that staggered line gives the apartments deep terraces on every level.
The homes on sale are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and the ground floor holds commercial units. The payment plan is 70/30, with 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover.
Apartments and layouts
Studios start at 311 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments at 525 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments at 1,055 sq ft. The commercial units on the ground floor start at 1,423 sq ft. Binghatti shaped the undulating façade on purpose, so that every resident has an outdoor space of their own.
Inside, the finishes include feature marble, travertine, European walnut and Corian, with chrome and bronze metal details and textured paint. The developer designed the layouts to bring in as much daylight as possible and to open the homes to views of the Dubai skyline. Every apartment is fitted with up-to-date home technology.
Pools, sport and family space
The shared facilities sit on the podium deck between the two towers. There is an adult pool with a shallow water section, a kids’ pool with a water splash game, a pool deck with cabanas, and a padel court set among landscaped gardens and green terraces.
For families there is a kids’ play area and a family sitting zone. Residents who train can use the indoor gym, a jogging track and a yoga area.
Location in Motor City
Motor City lies close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Emirates Road and Al Khail Road. By the developer’s drive times, the Dubai Autodrome is about five minutes away, the Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden about eight, and Global Village about twelve.
Meydan and Expo City Dubai are each around 15 minutes by car. Dubai International Airport, the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach are about 18 minutes away, and Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Museum of the Future about 20.
