izzzi.life Mint is a finished building of serviced apartments in Jumeirah Village Circle, built and run by Orange.Life!, part of the international Orange.Group. Every apartment is sold furnished, and the developer's own team handles the letting, so a buyer gets a home that is already working rather than one waiting for a handover date.

The apartments

The building holds 115 apartments: 30 studios, 81 one-bedroom apartments and 4 two-bedroom apartments. Studios range from about 290 to 670 sq ft, one-bedrooms from about 530 to 1,270 sq ft, and the two-bedrooms from about 1,560 to 1,840 sq ft. Some look onto the pool courtyard, others onto the street.

Around the building

The apartments are set around a landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool. There is a lobby on the ground floor and a terrace on the roof, and residents also have shared spaces for working and meeting people.

How the income works

izzzi.life Mint is run as serviced apartments under what Orange.Life! calls its easy-living concept: furnished homes, shared spaces, events for residents and a mix of local and international guests. The rent from all the apartments is pooled, the running costs are paid out of it, and 80% of the net profit goes to the owners. The other 20% is the management fee.

Getting around

JVC is a calm residential district with quick links to the rest of the city. From izzzi.life Mint it takes around 7 minutes to reach Dubai Hills Mall, 10 minutes to Dubai Marina and 15 minutes to Burj Al Arab. Schools, nurseries, clinics, Circle Mall and the district's parks and running tracks are all close by.

Buying

Because the building is ready, a buyer can spread the price without waiting on construction. One plan asks for 20% on booking and four payments of 20% every three months, so the whole price is paid within a year. Other plans start with 50% down, and mortgages are accepted.
