Emaar Seascape in Rashid Yachts & Marina, Dubai

Seascape is a four-building residential complex by Emaar Properties in Rashid Yachts & Marina, the Dubai waterfront community built around a full-service marina, with restaurants and shops along the water. The complex stands directly beside the community park and the canal pool, which Emaar calls Dubai's longest swimmable canal pool, and has direct access to the landscaped promenade. Emaar points to views of the marina and the Dubai skyline, and completion is planned for Q1 2027.

The apartments

The homes now on sale are two-bedroom apartments in Building 1, the tallest of the four, with a ground floor and 18 floors above it, on the marina and promenade side of the complex. Each apartment measures about 1,390 sq ft in total, including some 226 sq ft of outdoor space split between two balconies. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom, a second bathroom and a laundry cupboard sit along the corridor, and the kitchen and dining area open into the living room. Both the master bedroom and the living room step out onto a balcony. Emaar describes open floor plans, panoramic windows and contemporary interiors.

The canal pool and the marina

Residents have the complex's own pool and gym. Beside it, the 500-metre canal pool is lined with palm trees and cabanas, and the community park, the boardwalk promenade, recreational courts and a splash park are close by. Rashid Yachts & Marina has 430 wet berths for yachts up to 100 metres long, and its promenade has floating restaurants, cafes, lounges and beach bars. A theatre and a museum are within walking distance. By car, Seascape is about 10 minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road, 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall and Dubai Creek Harbour.

Payment plan

Buyers pay 20% on booking and 40% in November 2026. The final 40% is due on handover, once construction is complete, with completion planned for Q1 2027. That puts 60% of the price before handover and 40% at the moment the keys change hands.
