About the project
Sky Harmony is a residential tower by Peace Homes Development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, and its interiors are designed by Natuzzi Italia, the furniture house that Pasquale Natuzzi started in a workshop in Taranto in 1959. The building is drawn in curves. Rounded white balconies wrap each floor, a ribbed wooden band climbs the front of the tower and the podium rises in a long wave. Homes fill the 2nd to the 12th floor, the 1st floor is kept for residents' amenities and the ground floor has three retail shops. Handover is planned for Q4 2027.
The residences
Every home on sale has its own jacuzzi. The studios measure 394 sq ft and the 1BR apartments 795 to 798 sq ft. The 2BR apartment adds a study and comes to 1,281 sq ft. The four penthouses are on the 12th floor: each is a 2BR with a study and a private pool, from 1,777 to 2,375 sq ft. For the interiors Natuzzi Italia chose light oak, alabaster white and warm cashmere beige, with fluted glass on the kitchen cabinets, curved glazing and soft fabrics. Kitchens are handed over with their appliances fitted.
Amenities
The whole 1st floor belongs to residents. A free-form swimming pool with floating sun beds sits next to the gym, the sauna and steam room, a jacuzzi, a kids' pool and a children's play area. You can also use an aerobic studio, a jogging track, mini golf, a multi-sports area and an open-air cinema. Quieter rooms include a library, a business lounge and a community room, and there are dining outlets, a mocktail bar, a shaded pavilion and outdoor lounge beds. Security is on duty 24 hours a day.
