About the project
Sky Vista is a residential building by Peace Homes Development in Jumeirah Village Circle, and its apartments are built on a scale closer to a townhouse than a flat. Every residence comes fully furnished with Versace-branded interiors, and each has a large private swimming pool, premium kitchen appliances and a maid's room.
The residences
There are two sizes of home. The two-bedroom residences measure roughly 1,690 to 1,740 sq ft and come in four layouts. The three-bedroom residences measure roughly 2,170 to 2,600 sq ft and come in two. Depending on the unit, the windows look over the pool, the community or a wider panorama.
What every home includes
Peace Homes hands the apartments over ready to live in. The furniture and decor are bespoke Versace pieces, the kitchens are fitted with premium appliances, and each home has a separate maid's room. The swimming pool belongs to the apartment itself, so a family can swim without sharing it with the rest of the building.
Shared amenities
Beyond the private pools, the building has more than 30 shared amenities. There is a communal infinity pool with floating sun beds, a children's pool and play area, a gym, an aerobic studio, an aqua gym, a jogging track, a multi-sports area and mini golf. For slower days there are a sauna and steam room, a jacuzzi, a shaded pavilion, outdoor lounge beds, a barbecue station, a mocktail bar, dining outlets, a community room and a business lounge. The lobbies carry Versace accents too.
Viewing
The show apartment is finished, and private viewings are arranged by appointment only.
Buying
Handover is planned for December 2026. Buyers can pay 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. A second plan, 20% on booking and 80% on handover, suits buyers who will use a mortgage, and the residences can also be bought outright in cash.
