About the project
The Place by Prestige One is a residential tower in Dubai Sports City, set directly across from the Els Club golf course. Prestige One now markets the project as Golf Place. The building is planned as G+3P+19+R, which means a ground floor, three podium levels, 19 floors and a roof level, and the developer’s plans show open views over the golf greens.
The apartments are sold off plan on a 65/35 payment plan: 20% on booking, 35% during construction, 10% on handover and the remaining 35% within 35 months after handover. Prestige One also offers a plan with nothing to pay after handover, split as 20% on booking, 45% during construction and 35% on handover.
The apartments
The Place by Prestige One has one, two and three bedroom apartments. One bedroom apartments start at 976 sq ft, two bedroom apartments at 1,294 sq ft and three bedroom apartments at 1,720 sq ft. Every apartment on sale has a balcony, and the three bedroom layout includes a powder room for guests.
LACASA designed the interiors in a modern style. Kitchens are fitted with Siemens and Bosch appliances, and the apartments are handed over unfurnished, so owners can furnish them to their own taste.
Amenities on three levels
Prestige One spreads more than 40 amenities across three levels of the building. The ground floor has a grand entrance lobby, a lounge for owners, concierge assistance, 24/7 security and a running track. The podium holds the Clubhouse with its café, a library lounge, an outdoor cinema and amphitheatre, badminton and basketball courts, a mini climbing wall, a miniature golf course, a barbecue garden and a children’s adventure park.
On the roof are the infinity pool with a pool bar, floating cabanas, sunken loungers and a sun deck, together with the fitness centre, a wellness centre, a splash zone for children and changing rooms.
Location in Dubai Sports City
The Els Club golf course and the Dubai International Cricket Stadium are both inside Dubai Sports City. By the developer’s timings, GEMS FirstPoint School is about 5 minutes away, Mediclinic Parkview Hospital 10 minutes, Dubai Marina Mall 15 minutes, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai International Airport 20 minutes, and Dubai Mall 25 minutes.
