About the project
MAISI by NAVI is a 23-floor residential building at 104, 26 May Street, on the corner of Komakhidze Street in the centre of Batumi. Everyday life is on the doorstep, with a shopping centre, a supermarket, cafés, a pharmacy, a school and a medical centre within walking distance. The seafront is a fifteen-minute walk, and the Armenian Church, the mosque, the Greek Church and the Alphabet Tower are all eleven to sixteen minutes away on foot.
Anagi is the contractor, and NAVI names Bank of Georgia as its financial partner and B2B Development as the management company. The building is designed to be energy-efficient, with a water- and moisture-resistant façade, and its apartments look out over the city and the mountains. A typical floor holds seventeen apartments, from studios of about 31 m² to layouts of up to 124 m². Below ground, five parking levels hold more than 200 spaces.
Construction began in June 2026 and is scheduled to take 42 months, with completion in December 2029. Buyers pay from 20% down and spread the rest over interest-free instalments until the start of 2030.
