Graphic Residence is a 44-floor tower at 113 Zurab Gorgiladze Street in central Batumi, built by the Batumi developer My House. The developer's own files also call it the Black Sea Tower. The apartments for sale occupy floors 9 to 44, and the building also holds parking, commercial space and a hotel.
That mix is what the building offers its owners: a hotel, a restaurant, a spa, a swimming pool and a fitness centre all sit under the same roof, along with commercial and office space with a conference hall.
