About the project
BH Residence is a family wellness resort on the Bukit Peninsula in Ungasan, in the south of Bali. It is an established property that Embrace Development is renovating from end to end, and once the work is done it will hold 46 residences, no two of them the same. The homes for sale here are three-bedroom villas, each with a private pool, a full kitchen, a laundry room, an outdoor terrace and a garden.
Villas planned around family life
Embrace Development drew the layouts around family routines rather than a hotel room plan. The main bedroom sits apart from the children's rooms, a separate room is set aside for a nanny or household staff, and acoustic zoning keeps the noisy play areas away from the quiet adult spaces. Only natural materials go into the build: tropical hardwood, natural stone and organic textiles, with no plastics or synthetics. Ceilings are high. Each villa is fitted for proper sleep, with orthopedic mattresses, blackout curtains, mosquito nets for sleeping in the open air, cross-ventilation and circadian lighting. There is storage for sports equipment as well.
Kids camp, spa and padel
Children have a 95 m2 kids camp divided by age, from a nursery for the under-threes to a teen lounge for 13 and over, with Balinese art workshops, kids yoga, cooking classes and movie nights. Nanny and babysitting services, school transfer coordination and on-call medical support are part of the plan. Adults get a spa and recovery area of about 380 m2 with a thermal circuit and sauna, a studio for yoga and functional training, a padel court and a co-working zone. There is an adult pool and a children's pool, a convenience store, and a restaurant and cafe that serves breakfasts made from fresh local produce, a children's menu with no added sugar, and weekly or monthly meal plans delivered to the villa.
Location and payment plan
The Bukit Peninsula has become the main area for premium villa building in south Bali, with ocean views and a breezy, elevated microclimate. On the developer's map Pandawa Beach is about 14 minutes away, Melasti Beach about 16 and Ngurah Rai International Airport about 30. Villa buyers pay 40% on booking, 50% during construction and 10% on handover. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2027.
