Binghatti Circle is a mixed-use tower by Binghatti Developers in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. It rises 58 floors above two basement levels, a ground floor and four podium levels, and the developer calls it the tallest building in JVC. Binghatti is an Emirati developer with more than 79 projects in the region, and by its own count it delivered 20,000 units before 2024. The tower is off plan. The standard plan takes 20% on booking and 50% during construction, which leaves 30% for handover.
Offices from 1,074 sq ft
The offices start at 1,074 sq ft, about 100 square metres, a size that works well for a small team or a branch office. There are only 31 of them in the whole tower, which is mostly residential, with 776 homes and the shops at street level.
Binghatti lists its finishing palette as travertine, marble, oak wood, fluted white wood, antique brass, wood porcelain, glass and mirror, and says the building uses energy-efficient methods and sustainable materials. The façade curves and folds around the tower in an undulating line, the developer’s reading of the circle in the project’s name.
Facilities in the tower
The developer’s list of facilities includes a swimming pool, an indoor gym, a jogging track, a paddle court and a basketball court. There is also a kids’ play area, with cabanas and lounges set among landscaped green areas.
Location in Jumeirah Village Circle
JVC is a residential community that the developer describes as family and pet friendly, with parks and recreation areas throughout. On its location map, Circle Mall and Circle Community Park sit close to the tower.
For getting in and out, the developer points to quick access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai International Cricket Stadium are among the landmarks it lists a short drive away.
