About the project
Binghatti Vintage is a residential tower by Binghatti Developers in Majan, Dubai. Its 36 residential floors stand on a base of three basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine and four podium levels, and the façade is lit along its geometric grid, so the tower stays easy to spot on the skyline after dark.
The building holds 1,572 apartments: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes, with studios making up most of them. The main payment plan is 60/40, with 10% on booking, 50% during construction and the remaining 40% on handover. Binghatti also offers a 70/30 plan with 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover.
The apartments
Studios start from 372 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments from 704 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments from 1,571 sq ft. The developer’s floor plans show three studio layouts, ten one-bedroom layouts and six two-bedroom layouts, so two homes of the same type are not always the same shape or size.
For the interiors Binghatti chose a warm palette of travertine, walnut, accent marble, brass, metallic glass and leather, set against soft neutral walls. Kitchens come equipped, and the apartments are handed over unfurnished, which leaves the furniture and the final look to the owner.
Amenities on the podium deck
The shared facilities sit on a landscaped amenity deck. There is an adults’ pool with a shallow section, a separate children’s pool, a children’s play area and shaded seating close to the water. Residents who want to train have a padel court, a basketball court, a jogging track and both an indoor and an outdoor gym, while the yoga area, the plaza and the family sitting areas among the green spaces are quieter. The deck also has an outdoor cinema.
Location in Majan
Majan is part of Dubailand and sits on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), with Al Khail Road (E44) and the Dubai Al Ain Road close by. By the developer’s figures, Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 20 minutes away by car, as is Dubai International Airport, and Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure are within 10 minutes. Majan Park and Al Barari are close at hand for walks and open green space.
