About the project
Bling Avenue 1 is a boutique apartment building by Bling Development in Dubai South, Dubai. It holds 40 freehold apartments on four floors, 18 with one bedroom and 22 with two, and keeps its shared facilities up on the roof.
Bling Development started out in car rental and moved into property, drawing on its own experience in interior design and construction. The building is sold off-plan on a 20/80 plan: 20% on booking and the other 80% on handover.
The apartments
Each floor has ten apartments. One-bedroom homes start from 832 sq ft (77 m²) and two-bedroom homes from 1,144 sq ft (106 m²), balcony included. The balconies are large for the size of the flats: in the one-bedroom plans the balcony alone covers 170 to 184 sq ft (16 to 17 m²).
Living and dining share one open room, and the kitchens come equipped. Apartments are handed over unfurnished, so owners can furnish them to their own taste.
Amenities on the rooftop
Bling Development put the amenities on the roof, about 14,000 sq ft (1,300 m²) of them, so residents have one shared place to meet. Up there you will find an infinity pool with a wellness feature, a gym, a roof garden and a separate Zen garden, a barbecue area and a children’s play area.
Location in Dubai South
Dubai South lies in the south of the emirate, around Al Maktoum International Airport. By the developer’s figures, the airport is 16 minutes away by car, Expo City 21 minutes, The Outlet Village 27 minutes, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Parks and Resorts 30 minutes, and Dubai Marina 34 minutes.
