About the project
Canal Heights 2 is the second tower DAMAC Properties is building beside the Dubai Canal in Business Bay, right next to the original Canal Heights. The two buildings share the same curved, layered exterior, and DAMAC created the new one in association with the jeweller de GRISOGONO. Its theme is the blue topaz, which runs from the lobby to the beauty salon. Canal Heights 2 is sold off-plan, with handover planned for Q3 2027.
The apartments
The tower offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom homes start at 1,043 sq ft and two-bedroom homes at 1,315 sq ft, while the three-bedroom apartments are far larger, from 3,097 sq ft. Homes are spread across the three podium levels and the tower floors above them. In the lobby, cascading textures, muted and shimmering colours and calm, rounded forms set the tone, and the interior renders show marble, gold trim and blue accents in the living rooms and bedrooms.
Amenities
The centrepiece is Stars Lake, an infinity lap pool whose edge glows after dark. Nearby, lighting in green, red, turquoise and blue nods to some of DAMAC's best-known buildings, and residents can order organic food and drinks, tropical mocktails included. A walkway leads to the Elite Stars Club, and the Jewellery Café is the place to meet friends. Canal Heights 2 also has a beauty salon finished in the soft shades of the blue topaz, a gym, a children's play area, and concierge and security around the clock.
Location and payment plan
Business Bay is Dubai's financial district, and Canal Heights 2 sits on the bank of the Dubai Canal among high-rise towers, apartment buildings and hotels, with a palm-lined promenade along the water. DAMAC sells the tower on a 60/40 plan: 5% on booking, 55% in instalments over the first 19 months, and the remaining 40% on handover in Q3 2027.
