About the project
Eira Residence is an apartment building by Neoterra Developments in Dubai Production City. It stands beside a two-acre park, and the developer describes the site as framed by two lakes. The façade is all soft curves, bronze-toned fins and wide glazing. Construction is under way and handover is planned for Q2 2029. Production City covers more than 43 million sq ft and has direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road. By the developer's count, City Centre Me'aisem and Mediclinic are about 3 minutes away by car, GEMS Metropole School about 10 minutes, Dubai Hills Mall about 15 and Mall of the Emirates about 18.
The apartments
The homes on sale are 1BR apartments from 687 to 829 sq ft, on floors one to eight. Every layout in the floor plans comes with a balcony, and the living room, kitchen and dining area share one open space. Club Serene and the gardens
Neoterra counts more than 25 amenities across two dedicated levels. Most of them sit in Club Serene: temperature-controlled pools, a pool bar at the water's edge, sauna rooms and barbecue areas.
