Ember at Parkfive is a residential tower by Deyaar in Dubai Production City, one of the five buildings that make up the Parkfive community. Its geometric facade mixes traditional influences with clean modern lines, and the apartments open onto wide balconies. Above a basement car park, a ground floor and a podium, Ember has 11 residential floors and a roof with its own amenities. Deyaar expects to complete the tower in Q3 2027.
Three-bedroom apartments
The homes on sale at Ember are three-bedroom apartments of 1,777 sq ft on the lower floors, looking out over the boulevard and the community park. In Deyaar's floor plan for this type, 366 sq ft of that total is outdoor space split across two balconies. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, there are two more bathrooms and a powder room, and a maid's room with its own toilet. The kitchen opens onto a dining area. Each apartment comes with smart home technology, built-in kitchen appliances, high-end finishes and pared-back bathrooms fitted with modern vanity units.
Podium, 11th floor and rooftop
Ember keeps a set of amenities for its own residents. The indoor part of the podium holds a gym with changing rooms, plus a cinema room for films and live sport. Outdoors, the family pool has an infinity edge and a Jacuzzi, and next to it are a shallow pool for children, a sand playground with colourful swings, barbecue grills, outdoor workstations and a community lawn. The 11th floor has two terraces, one kept for adults and one for families, with private plunge pools and a second barbecue spot. Up on the roof are a sports area and a shaded lounge. At street level, Parkfive's sikkas (traditional Arabian walkways) run past the lobby, water features, the food hall, convenience shops and seasonal Friday markets. In all, Deyaar lists more than 75 amenities and shops in the wider community.
Location and payment plan
Ember sits near two of the area's main roads, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The brochure puts City Centre Me'aisem minutes from the tower, Dubai Exhibition Centre and Expo City within a 15-minute drive, and Dubai International Airport 25 minutes away. Buyers pay 45% before completion and 55% at handover: a 10% down payment when they book, then 35% spread over three instalments during construction.
