About the project
Neem at Parkfive is one of two towers in the third phase of Parkfive, the five-tower community that Deyaar is building in Dubai Production City. This phase is planned around smart home residences with biophilic interiors, and around sikkas, the traditional Arabian walkways that run between the gardens and shared spaces. Neem has a geometric facade with clean lines and wide balconies. Above a basement, ground floor and mezzanine it rises 11 residential floors to a rooftop, and Deyaar plans to complete it in Q3 2027.
The residences
Deyaar designed the tower for studios and one, two and three bedroom homes. The current release is made up of three-bedroom apartments from 1,735 sq ft, every one of them facing the lake. In the developer's floor plans each three-bedroom layout includes a maid's room. The interiors are full of light, with high-end finishes, large windows, contemporary kitchens with built-in appliances and minimalist bathrooms with modern vanities.
Amenities on three levels
Neem keeps its own amenities on the podium, the 11th floor and the roof. Inside the podium there is a gym with changing rooms and a private cinema room. Outside are an infinity-edge adult pool with a Jacuzzi, a kids' pool, a sandy play area with swings, a barbecue area, open-air coworking desks and a community lawn. The 11th floor has plunge pools, another barbecue area and terraces with seating, while the roof holds a sports court and a shaded outdoor lounge. At street level Parkfive adds a lobby, fountains, a food market hall, Friday markets, convenience shops and contemporary Arabian art, part of more than 75 amenities and retail spaces across the community.
Location and payment plan
Neem at Parkfive is near Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. City Centre Me'aisem is a few minutes away, Dubai Exhibition Centre and Expo City are within 15 minutes, and Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes by car. Deyaar sells the apartments on a 45/55 plan: 10% on booking, 35% in three instalments between October 2026 and April 2027, and the remaining 55% on handover.
