Vision adds a concierge, housekeeping and day care on demand, and residents reach building management through an app, a portal or a 24/7 WhatsApp line.
Location and payment plan
The tower is close to City Centre Me'aisem. Vision's map gives five minutes to Jumeirah Village Circle, City Centre Me'aisem and Dubai Studio City, ten to Jumeirah Village Triangle and Jumeirah Golf Estates, and twenty to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Al Maktoum International Airport. The payment plan is short: 20% on booking and the remaining 80% on completion.
