About the project
Golf Point is a midrise residential community by Emaar Properties in Emaar South, Dubai. It stands next to the 9th hole of the community's 18-hole championship golf course, with the Golf Clubhouse and the Driving Range close by. Emaar shaped the design around the course, so the apartments look out over fairways and rolling green hills. The project is off-plan, with completion planned for Q4 2028.
The residences
The homes in the current release are three-bedroom apartments from 1,880 sq ft. Each has around 1,570 sq ft of interior space and a balcony of 310 sq ft or more. Inside, Emaar uses open-plan layouts, neutral tones and high-quality finishes, with modern kitchens and well-appointed bathrooms. The architecture pairs a contemporary facade with an earthy palette that runs from the outside walls into the interiors, so the buildings sit quietly in the landscape around them.
Amenities
The shared facilities are on the podium level: an adult swimming pool, a separate kids' pool, a state-of-the-art gym, sports courts, a multipurpose room and open lawns. Around the building, Emaar South has its championship course with a clubhouse and dining, and a community park with children's play areas, a skate park, a multi-purpose court, a retail plaza with kiosks and an events area. The masterplan also includes a K-12 school, a nursery, a clinic, a mosque, a hotel, shops and a district park.
Location and payment plan
Emaar South lies alongside Expo City Dubai, the site of Expo 2020, and a boulevard and a major highway next to the community give easy access to Al Maktoum International Airport. Emaar sells Golf Point on an 80/20 plan: 10% on booking, 70% during construction and the remaining 20% on handover in Q4 2028.
