About the project
Joud Residence is a new apartment tower on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, built by One Development. The developer is a homegrown boutique company that counts sustainability, community and technology among its core values, and technology shows up in almost every part of this project.
Payment follows a 50/50 plan: 10% on booking, then instalments every six months of 5%, 6%, 7%, 10% and 12%, up to month 30. That covers half the price. The other 50% is due on handover, planned for Q2 2029.
The tower and its apartments
The building has a ground floor and 48 residential floors. Its exterior is drawn in clean modern lines with panoramic glazing, and the roof is an open terrace with an infinity pool. Inside, artificial intelligence handles the smart management of the building’s spaces.
The homes range from one to four bedrooms, and the tower also includes retail spaces. Interiors are contemporary in style and planned for function first, with smart systems built in to make daily life more comfortable.
Amenities
Wellness takes up a large part of the list. Residents get a hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) centre, a spa with a sauna and a treatment room, a covered gym and an open-air gym.
Outdoors there is a jogging track, multipurpose sports courts, a BBQ area, an outdoor cinema, sunken seating and leisure areas, along with an open play area for children. Residents also have access to drone taxi services, and the building has an automated drone delivery system.
Location
The tower’s central position on Al Reem Island puts the waterfront, parks, cafés and cultural attractions within easy reach, and the building’s own retail spaces sit right on residents’ doorstep.
