About the project
Prescott Legado is a 34-storey residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Above two basement levels, a ground floor and five podium floors sit 26 residential floors with 343 homes behind a glass facade. The developer, Prescott, has been building in Dubai since 2006, and its earlier projects include Prime Residency, Prime Views and Serene Gardens.
The homes on sale are one- and two-bedroom apartments, sold off plan with handover in Q1 2028. The main payment plan asks for 40% before completion and the remaining 60% on handover. A second plan for these apartments moves part of the balance past completion: 20% on booking, 30% during construction, 20% on handover and 30% within 36 months after it.
The apartments
One-bedroom apartments start at 803 sq ft (75 m²) and two-bedroom apartments at 1,493 sq ft (139 m²). Both two-bedroom plans include a terrace.
Living areas are open plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Prescott angled the interiors behind the glass facade to bring in as much daylight as possible, and the brochure describes outlooks over JVC’s greenery and the Dubai skyline. Each home comes with smart home technology, a fitted kitchen and modern fixtures chosen to suit the interior design.
Amenities on three floors
Prescott lists more than 30 amenities across three levels. The first floor is mostly for children, with a splash park, a kids’ pool, a jogging track, rope climbing, a basketball court and a play zone. Parents get a raised fire pit and a private sitting area on the same deck.
The 14th floor holds the clubhouse, a coworking hub, a coffee bar, a library, an equipped fitness studio and a multilevel cinema, with billiards, foosball, a racing simulator and video game stations. On the 24th floor is a 35-metre infinity pool with a sunbathing deck, a poolside cabana, Zen meditation decks and a table tennis court. The lobby lounge has concierge and valet service around the clock.
Location in JVC
JVC is an established residential community with parks, shops, restaurants and cafes. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Hessa Street are all close by.
By the developer’s figures, Circle Mall is about 10 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates and Emirates Golf Club about 15, and Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach, Downtown Dubai and Global Village about 20. Dubai International Airport is around 25 minutes away, Al Maktoum International around 30.
