BI Group was founded in Kazakhstan in 1995 and has grown into an international development and construction group working in eight markets, with more than 250 projects in its portfolio and about 14 million sq m of real estate delivered. It is the number one development company in Central Asia. Through BI Group UAE it has now come to Dubai, where The Level at Meydan Horizon is its first residential launch.

BI Group's record.

BI Group builds what it develops. BI Construction & Engineering handles civil, industrial and infrastructure work, from 2,800 km of roads to stadiums, bridges, schools and a Hilton hotel in Astana, with international clients such as the EBRD, IFC, the Asian Development Bank, Chevron and Eni. BI Development plans whole communities, with homes, schools, parks and shops laid out together.

Delivery record

More than 125,000 homes and about 14 million sq m of real estate delivered, with around 630,000 people living in the group's apartments. In 2025 it sold 35,000 units. After handover, its own service company runs properties and communities around the clock, and the BIG App, with more than 419,000 registered users, carries the whole journey from search and purchase to moving in and daily life.
