Maintenance is $1 per m². Unlike restricted hotel-style apartments, ONE offers full ownership freedom — occupy it, rent it for any duration, or sell.
The developer cites a projected ROI of 6–8% and around 10% average annual growth in property values. Purchases can be structured through developer instalments and a TBC Bank mortgage for both local and foreign buyers, and ownership is freehold for any nationality. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027.
