Four delivery levels are offered: Black frame (basic), White frame at +$150 per m², a final fit-out with equipped kitchen and bathroom at +$600 per m², and a turnkey furnished finish at +$750 per m² — the brochure’s worked example prices a turnkey one-bedroom of 53.4 m² at $110,760.
The building is a gated community with controlled access, 24/7 video surveillance, autonomous engineering systems and elevators, plus a professional international rental-management service for owners who wish to let. Maintenance is $1 per m². Unlike restricted hotel-style apartments, ONE offers full ownership freedom — occupy it, rent it for any duration, or sell.
The developer cites a projected ROI of 6–8% and around 10% average annual growth in property values. Purchases can be structured through developer instalments and a TBC Bank mortgage for both local and foreign buyers, and ownership is freehold for any nationality. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027. ONE is one of two One Developments projects honoured at the European Property Awards.
