About the project
Reverance stands on Adlia Street in the quieter southern stretch of Batumi, where the buildings thin out towards the airport and the sea is eight hundred metres away. Otium Development is building it with MN Group, and Bank of Georgia is financing it in full.
Two blocks of sixteen floors hold 360 apartments, and only twelve of them sit on each floor: six studios, two one-bedroom and four two-bedroom homes. Ceilings are three metres. Four lifts serve the building, parking is underground, and the whole development is connected to gas.
The shared floors are built to be used in January as much as in August. There are indoor and outdoor heated pools, a spa and sauna, a gym and an open-air yoga platform, a lobby with a concierge on duty around the clock, a co-working space and library, a tea room, a children’s play area with an art wall, storage units, and landscaped walking ground. Parking has charging points for cars, and there are charging bays for bicycles and scooters. Solar panels and an irrigation system run the site.
Apartments are handed over in Green Frame. Buyers who would rather not manage the work can take the developer’s renovation package or a turn-key finish with furniture and appliances, both priced per square metre on top. Otium has been building in Georgia since 2023 and has projects under way in Tbilisi and Poti as well as this one.
