The Bank

A private compound set back from Pererenan's main road in a quiet lane, along a river and with views of rice fields. One private road loops through the grounds, so cars move slowly and children can walk safely between the houses and the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a gym, a Finnish sauna, a communal pool, a lounge with a billiards table, co-working space, a small kitchen and bar, a terrace and a children's play area, and a deck by the river gives residents a quiet place to sit. The villas on sale have four or six bedrooms, a private pool and their own sauna. Security runs around the clock, and a concierge books private chefs, treatments and tables.
