About the project
Binghatti Titania is the first Binghatti tower in Majan, Dubai, and it is a big one: 789 apartments over 38 floors, made up of three basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels, 32 residential floors and a roof level. Studios are the largest share with 473 units, followed by 284 one-bedroom and 32 two-bedroom apartments.
From the street, the building is easy to pick out. Its façade is a dark metallic grid set over glass in bold geometric shapes, and the developer planned the tower so that each home gets good daylight, privacy and an open outlook. Binghatti Developers was founded in 2008, had delivered 20,000 homes before 2024, and has worked with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co. on branded residences.
The apartments
Studios start at 369 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments at 674 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments at 1,198 sq ft. The layouts are open plan with large windows, so light reaches well into the rooms. In the developer’s floor plans every studio has its own balcony and a kitchen with space for a washing machine.
The material palette is Patagonia marble, oak, bronze trims and green brushed steel. Kitchens come fitted, a smart home system is included, and the apartments are sold unfurnished, so owners choose their own furniture. Binghatti says the tower is built with energy-efficient methods and sustainable materials.
Amenities
The amenity deck is planned with families in mind. Adults have their own pool with a shallow water area, while children get a separate pool, the Aqua Joy water splash zone and the Little Marvels play area. There is also a gym, a yoga zone and a pergola deck, with outdoor seating, walkways and landscaped green space around them.
Location in Majan
Majan lies on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), close to the Dubai Al Ain Road, which gives quick road links to central Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Al Barari, Majan Park, Majan Active Park and the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club are all nearby. The developer’s area map also shows IMG Worlds of Adventure, Dubai Miracle Garden, GEMS Winchester School and Midtown Central Majan in the surrounding district.
