About the project
Brabus Island is a branded island in the Al Seef district of Al Raha, Abu Dhabi, developed by Cosmo Developments together with BRABUS, the German company known for tailor-made supercars. The Towers are its first chapter: four residential towers with 352 apartments. The island's villas are a separate phase with their own page.
Construction began in summer 2025 and completion is planned for the first quarter of 2029. Cosmo Developments is part of Flag Holding group, and its projects are run by Reportage.
The homes
Towers A, B, C and D each have 13 floors over a basement and a ground floor, about 59 metres in all. Of the 352 apartments, 256 have two bedrooms, 80 have three and 16 have four. Depending on where they sit, apartments look out to the sea or over the canal.
Each apartment can be personalised with a modular interior design approach. Buyers start from one of three colourways, Black and Bold, White Bliss or Gray Haven, each a different take on the BRABUS look. The standard finish has kitchen cabinets and countertops, fully tiled bathrooms with a shower in each, en-suite bedrooms where the plan allows, built-in wardrobes, double glazing and central air conditioning, with private balconies or terraces as each plan allows.
On the island
Residents share a private beach and a private marina for yachts and boats. The towers add a large swimming pool, a pool for children, a gym, play areas and shaded seating, and each building has three large lifts. There are 586 private parking spaces for the apartments.
Getting around
Al Raha Beach is about 5 minutes away by car. Abu Dhabi International Airport and Masdar City are about 10 minutes, Khalifa City and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque about 15, Yas Island and Etihad Arena about 18, Ferrari World Yas Island about 20, Saadiyat Island and Louvre Abu Dhabi about 25, and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi about 28.
