About the project
Villa dell’Arte is a boutique serviced building by Mr. Eight on Dubai Islands, Dubai. It has a ground floor, two club levels and eight residential floors, with a red bear sculpture on the roof, and the homes run from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes.
Mr. Eight Hotel Management LLC runs the building. The service charge covers bellboy, doorman and valet services, 24/7 security and housekeeping of the common areas. The payment plan is 40/60: 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover.
The residences
One-bedroom apartments start at 710 sq ft and sit on the ground floor and the club levels. Two-bedroom duplexes start at 1,456 sq ft, three-bedroom apartments at 1,741 sq ft, and four-bedroom duplexes at 2,756 sq ft, with double-height ceilings. Every home from two bedrooms up has a private pool on its terrace, and the floor plans show views towards the marina harbour, Downtown or the community.
Kitchens are made in San Marino, fitted with Bosch appliances and assembled on site by a European team. The wardrobes, with built-in lighting, are also made in San Marino. Bathrooms have Grohe fixtures and Italian ceramic tiles, windows run from floor to ceiling, and homes are handed over unfurnished. Pets are welcome.
Amenities and services
The roof is kept for residents: an infinity pool with a sun deck facing the marina and the sea, an open-air cinema and a barbecue area with a bar. The club levels hold the Terraces of La Dolce Vita, open-air summer terraces, and a children’s playground. The lobby follows the European boutique hotel model, with three lounges around an indoor bonsai, Minotti sofas and a La Marzocco coffee bar. The fitness and spa studio has NOHRD equipment for pilates, cardio and stretching, and a sauna in each changing room.
Other services are booked through the concierge for an extra fee, among them a chauffeur-driven Mercedes-Benz S 600, golf carts with a driver, housekeeping and a personal trainer. A 2023 Riva 38 Rivamare motorboat with a captain is moored at a private marina five minutes away.
Location on Dubai Islands
Villa dell’Arte is a few minutes from Dubai Islands Marina, which has 248 wet berths and direct access to the open sea. DIFC is about a 15-minute drive, and Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai Mall about 20 minutes. Mr. Eight’s other projects on the island include Villa del Divos, Villa del Brunello and Villa del Gavi.
