HOME by One Developments is a gated community of 15 three-storey townhouses in Gonio, on the southern stretch of Batumi’s Black Sea coast. Built on a seismic-resistant monolithic frame over a piled foundation driven 30–45 m deep, each home is wrapped in HPL facade panels and natural stone and glazed with energy-saving aluminium windows — a specification designed for durability as much as low running costs.

The community sits at 34 Avgia Street, moments from the water: roughly 3 minutes to the Gonio, Kvariati and Sarpi beaches and about 8 minutes to Batumi International Airport.
