Bayz by Danube is a finished residential tower by Danube Properties in Business Bay, Dubai. It rises 29 floors and holds 456 apartments, plus 7 retail outlets. Panoramic glazing wraps the facade, and the developer planned the building around its views of Burj Khalifa and its position close to the Dubai Water Canal.
The apartments
The mix is 264 studios, 120 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom apartments. Studios start at 468 sq ft, two-bedroom apartments at 1,147 sq ft and three-bedroom apartments at 1,350 sq ft. Danube fitted the homes with modular furniture, a European concept designed and supplied by its sister company Danube Home. In the living room a wall unit folds down into a bed, so the same space is a lounge by day and a bedroom at night. Kitchens are modular, fitted furniture has a wood-grain finish, and bathrooms are laid in Spanish tiles with an Italian finish and fittings from Milan.
Amenities
Pigeon marble lines the lobby and the lift halls, and the building has a concierge service. Up on the podium there is an infinity pool with cabanas, a barbecue deck and a landscaped garden with walking paths. Residents also get a health club with a gym, sauna and steam room, a meditation zone, and a multipurpose hall that works as both a party space and a children's play area.
Location and payment
Business Bay is Dubai's business and residential district along the extension of Dubai Creek that runs from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road. From Bayz by Danube, Business Bay Metro Station is about 8 minutes away, Downtown Dubai and The Dubai Mall about 10 minutes, and Dubai International Airport about 20 minutes. Because the tower is complete, the apartments on sale are finished homes, and buyers pay 100% of the price in a single payment at purchase.
