About the project
Binghatti Hillcrest is a low-rise residential and retail building by Binghatti in Arjan, Dubai. It has a basement, a ground floor, four residential floors and a roof, arranged around a courtyard on a plot of 11,090 square metres.
There are 322 apartments in all: 180 studios, 138 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom homes, with 28 retail units at street level. The project is sold off plan. On the main plan buyers pay 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover, and a second plan moves more of the payment to the start, with 50% on booking, 20% during construction and 30% on handover.
The apartments
Studios start at 715 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments at 818 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments at 1,110 sq ft. The developer’s floor plans show a balcony off the living space in the studio and one-bedroom layouts.
Apartments are handed over unfurnished, with fitted kitchens and a smart home system, so owners furnish them as they like. For buyers who want a shop instead of a home, the ground-floor retail units start at 1,019 sq ft.
Pool, gym and running lane
The main pool sits in the central courtyard, with a separate children’s pool for younger residents. There is an indoor gym, and a running lane loops through the planted green areas around the courtyard.
Living in Arjan
Arjan is a residential community in Dubailand and home to Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants cover everyday needs, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road gives a direct route to the rest of the city.
