About the project
Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach is a beachfront community by Alain Properties on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, with the homes run by Four Seasons. Killa Design drew the architecture. The facades curve in soft lines that follow the waves on the shore, in smooth marble and burnished metal picked to match the colour of the sand. The homes for sale are private villas, and completion is planned for Q4 2029.
The villas
The villas on sale have five or six bedrooms. The five-bedroom villa measures 17,451 sq ft, and the six-bedroom villas range from 20,008 to 22,718 sq ft. In the developer's plans, the Garden Villas and Golf Villas spread over a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors, joined by a private lift, with a pool in the garden and terraces off the bedrooms. Inside, the main kitchen is by Molteni with Gaggenau appliances, and a second kitchen by Fabal Casa or Nolte comes with Miele appliances. Bathrooms have Gessi fittings and Agape baths and basins. Travertine covers the living and dining rooms and the terraces, the bedrooms have wood floors, and Lutron controls the lighting. The interiors come in two palettes, Light and Semi-Dark.
Amenities and Four Seasons service
Residents walk straight onto the beach. Shared facilities include pools with a poolside bar, a tennis and padel court, a spa with treatment rooms, a yoga and meditation studio, a gym with a fitness studio, a residents' lounge and cinema, a games room, a cigar lounge, a golf simulator room and children's play areas indoors and out. A Director of Residences leads the Four Seasons team, which handles concierge, valet parking and security around the clock. For each villa the team also looks after the private pool, the garden, the air conditioning and the facade. Housekeeping, in-residence dining and spa treatments can be booked when needed.
Location and payment plan
Saadiyat Island is home to Abu Dhabi's cultural district. The developer puts Saadiyat Beach Golf Club five minutes away, the Louvre Abu Dhabi ten minutes, New York University Abu Dhabi fifteen minutes and Zayed International Airport about 25 minutes. Alain Properties splits the price into three parts: 5% on booking, 35% during construction and 60% on handover, planned for Q4 2029.
