OKTO Art House

Two towers of thirty-five floors on Angisa 1st Lane, five hundred metres from the beach, holding 1,680 apartments above 640 parking spaces. The plot runs to six thousand square metres and half of it is recreation: an open-air pool, a running track, a rubber-surfaced sports ground that works in every season, a barbecue area under a canopy and a playground built around a sand factory. The name is the idea. OKTO is the eight elements of art, and a children's art school and an exhibition gallery are part of the building, with work hung through the corridors and shared spaces. Handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2027.

Twenty-five, thirty-three and forty floors on a seventeen-thousand square metre site near the New Boulevard, holding 2,641 apartments, with parking running three floors underground for a thousand cars. The services list is the point: a shopping centre and a hypermarket, a business centre with a conference room and a co-working space, a spa with fitness and pilates, padel courts, an indoor pool and an outdoor one, a kindergarten, a prep school, a children's entertainment centre, a concierge, valet parking and a first aid centre. Apartments run from thirty-six square metres to two hundred and forty-one. The towers complete in December 2029, December 2030 and December 2032.
