Apollo, Petrou kai Pavlou, Limassol

Square One is a Cyprus real-estate development and investment group headquartered in Limassol, with a further office in London. Founded in 2021, it was built around a single thesis: deliver investment-grade residential product in Limassol, priced for yield and aimed at international capital. It runs a fully integrated platform — in-house development, architecture, sales, legal and post-sale management — led by managing director Demetris Papadopoulos alongside a team drawn from architecture, engineering, quantity surveying and finance. Its output is mostly boutique-to-mid apartment buildings with rooftop gardens and pools, plus selective commercial and hospitality schemes, concentrated almost entirely in Limassol with one project in Paphos.

بيترو كاي بافلو حيّ سكني هادئ وراسخ وتجاري بشكل متزايد في وسط ليماسول، العاصمة التجارية الساحلية لقبرص. سُمّي على اسم كنيسة أبرشية الرسولَين بطرس وبولس، وهو من أكثر مناطق المعيشة اليومية طلباً في المدينة: الطريق السريع A1 على بُعد نحو 5 دقائق بالسيارة، ومركز المدينة والواجهة البحرية على بُعد نحو 10 دقائق، مع مدارس وسوبرماركت وبنوك وصيدليات داخل الحيّ. تأتي الشقق الجديدة هنا بأسعار متوافقة عموماً مع وسط ليماسول، وبات الحيّ يجذب اهتمام المطوّرين — تقوم Square One بتسليم مساكن APOLLO ومكاتب APEX هنا. بالنسبة للمشترين من الخارج، الإطار واضح: يمكن لأي جنسية تملّك عقار بالتملك الحر في قبرص، ويُسجَّل سند الملكية عبر Land Registry (Department of Lands & Surveys)، ويمكن أن يفتح شراء وحدة جديدة من السوق الأولية بدءاً من 300,000 EUR الباب للحصول على تصريح إقامة دائمة في قبرص — تصريح إقامة، لا جنسية. قبرص عضو في الاتحاد الأوروبي، وتستخدم اليورو، وتطبّق القانون العام الإنجليزي.
