Amaal (meaning 'aspiration' in Arabic) is a Dubai luxury real estate turnkey company led by Abdulla Lahej — the former CEO of Emaar Properties (appointed in 2014 after 14 years with the group). It is backed by Ayana Holding, a multi-asset platform Lahej co-founded in 2014. Its flagship project, Amaal 8 in Meydan Horizon (MBR City), is a 48-storey tower with 512 units that sold out rapidly. The company has also signed an AED 1.8 billion collaboration with MANSORY for its first Branded Residences.
