Emaar Golf Hills 2 is a residential building by Emaar Properties in Emaar South, Dubai, set beside the community’s championship golf course. The homes on offer are three-bedroom apartments of about 1,739 sq ft, sold off-plan with handover planned for the third quarter of 2029.
Emaar Properties was founded in Dubai in 1997 and built Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. By its own count it had delivered more than 118,400 homes by the end of 2024. Here the payments follow an 80/20 structure: 10% on booking, 70% while the building goes up and the last 20% on handover.
The three-bedroom apartments
The building rises ten floors above a podium level. Its three-bedroom apartments measure about 1,739 sq ft in total, and that includes an L-shaped balcony of roughly 172 sq ft wrapping the corner beside the dining area. Living and dining share one open room, with the kitchen alongside it planned around an island.
The principal bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom. Two more bedrooms open off the same corridor and share two further bathrooms, while guests use a powder room near the entrance. A maid’s room and a laundry space complete the plan. Emaar’s brochure describes the interiors in warm wood, textured stone, metal and glass, with clean, minimal lines.
Pools, fitness and the golf course
Residents have an infinity-edge pool that the developer shows looking out over the fairways, plus a separate children’s pool and a play area. For exercise there are indoor and outdoor gyms, an indoor and outdoor yoga area and a padel court, and a barbecue area for evenings outside. The 18-hole golf course is on the same amenity list, and Emaar describes the setting as green landscaping with golf course views.
Location in Emaar South
Emaar South is a family community planned around its golf course, with schools, shops, healthcare and hotels inside the master plan and linked by pedestrian paths. Al Maktoum International Airport is about five minutes away by car. The developer puts Dubai Marina at 30 minutes, Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa at 35 minutes and Dubai International Airport at 45 minutes.
