About the project
Shahrukhz Residences is a waterfront development by Danube Properties in Dubai Maritime City. Every apartment comes fully furnished, with Italian fittings in the kitchen and bathrooms. The penthouses are designed by Gauri Khan.
The homes
The tower apartments are on levels 10 to 32 and 34 to 56, and each has either a panoramic sea view or a sea view that includes the city skyline. They range from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Several layouts have room for one more bedroom than their name suggests: a Flex Studio can be set up as a one-bedroom, a Flex 1BR, Flex Plus 1BR or King's 1BR as a two-bedroom, and a Flex Plus 2BR Premium as a three-bedroom. The King's 1BR and King's 2BR add a dressing room with a walk-in wardrobe. Lower down, by the water, the Ocean Residences on levels 1 to 8 have Flex Studios and Flex Plus apartments with one or two bedrooms. On levels 5 to 8 they also hold the Signature King's Ocean Suites, each with two bedrooms, a multipurpose room and a panoramic sea view.
Three decks of amenities
More than 40 amenities are spread over three decks. The Lifestyle Deck on the podium is the family level, with an infinity beach pool, a beach lagoon, a kids' water park and pool, a dancing fountain, gardens with cabanas and barbecue areas, courts for padel, basketball and badminton, a cricket pitch and a jogging track. Indoors on the same deck are a 40-seat cinema, a party hall with billiards and a golf simulator, a podcast studio, a business centre, a dance studio, a play area for children, a sauna and steam room, and prayer rooms.
The Wellness Deck has the Infinity 33 pool, a gym that looks out to sea, and the Longevity Lounge. The lounge has rooms for cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a red light therapy bed, compression boots, an infrared sauna, a herbal steam room and an ice bath. The Sky Deck on the roof holds the King's Club House and the King's Club Deck, a private rooftop club above the sea.
On the water
Residents get complimentary access to a yacht reserved for Shahrukhz Residences, and can bring friends and family on board. At the foot of the tower, a waterfront promenade is lined with restaurants and shops.
Getting around
The boat station at Port Rashid is two minutes away and Dubai Cruise Terminal 2 is three minutes away. Dubai World Trade Centre and Jumeirah Beach are eight minutes away, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall ten minutes, Dubai Festival City Mall twelve minutes, Dubai International Airport fifteen minutes, Burj Al Arab twenty minutes and Palm Jumeirah twenty-five minutes.

Shahrukhz Residences is sold off-plan, with handover planned for the fourth quarter of 2029. Dubai Maritime City is a freehold area, open to foreign buyers. Payment follows a 30/70 plan: 30% over the first eighteen months after booking and 70% on handover.
