About the project
Mira Ocean Estates is a multi-branded waterfront community on the coastline of Salalah, in Oman's Dhofar governorate. Developed by Mira Developments on roughly one million square feet at Hawana Salalah, it brings together fully furnished, turnkey residences, a five-star hotel and a curated retail and wellness offer along 400 metres of private beach, with uninterrupted sea views from every home.

Why Oman, why Salalah
