Nadd Al Hamar is a low-rise, suburban and family-focused residential area in eastern Dubai, bordering Ras Al Khor, Dubai Creek and Mirdif. It is bounded by Ras Al Khor Road (E44) to the south, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) to the east and Rebat Street (D83) to the north, with the landscaped Nadd Al Hamar Road running along its west toward the airport. One of Dubai's smaller residential areas (with a commercial/industrial pocket to the south), it offers villas, townhouses and apartments alongside parks, schools, mosques and shopping.
