The portfolio comprises a curated collection of luxury villas across Pearl Jumeirah Island, La Mer South Island and Dubai Islands (Opal, Isola, Aquamarine, Laguna, Pearl Villas, and the AED 60M Kaia Villa). The new flagship is The Residences at Sheraton Al Marjan Island Resort in Ras Al Khaimah — the GCC's First Sheraton-Branded Residences (141 units, in partnership with Marriott International).
