Dubai Properties (DP) is part of Dubai Holding, founded in 2002. It is responsible for some of Dubai's most established and long-standing communities — JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence), Business Bay, Mudon (Al Waha, Mudon Views), Remraam, and Bluewaters retail. In 2024 it became part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, alongside Meraas and Nakheel.
