Wasl is a real-estate holding company owned by the Government of Dubai (Dubai Real Estate Corporation). It differs from other developers — managing a vast rental portfolio (50,000+ units) while also building new freehold. Its projects include Wasl Gate (Energy Metro), Wasl 1 (Sheikh Zayed Road), Al Kifaf (Zabeel Park), and more. It is regarded as one of the largest asset managers in Dubai.
