It differs from other developers — managing a vast rental portfolio (50,000+ units) while also building new freehold. The developer with the most diversified portfolio in Dubai. Unlike Emaar/DAMAC, which sell new units, Wasl also leases directly (through its own platform: wasl living). Its new projects are well branded and anchored in premium locations.
