Downtown Dubai is Emaar's flagship district and the tourism and business hub of Dubai. It is home to the Burj Khalifa (the world's tallest building), the Dubai Mall (the world's largest shopping mall), the Dubai Fountain, and the Dubai Opera. Properties are spread across Burj Vista, Burj Khalifa, Address Residences, Boulevard Heights, and the Opera District.
