The product is large-format family living: 4BR townhouses and 4-5BR villas, all freehold and currently off-plan.

Since it is off-plan, what payment terms apply?+

DAMAC offers flexible, interest-free developer payment plans on its off-plan units, typically with instalments through construction and a balance at handover. Buyer funds are protected in RERA escrow accounts until milestones are met. Phase 1 handover runs 2027-2028 and DAMAC Islands 2 is due June 2030, giving investors a 4-6 year horizon.

How is the location and connectivity?+
