Arjan is a sub-district of Dubailand at the junction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Umm Suqeim Road, roughly midway between Downtown and Dubai Marina. The area is best known for Dubai Miracle Garden and the Dubai Butterfly Garden. It is a freehold community with a mix of apartments and low-to-mid-rise buildings.
